Ascend Wastewater Treatment PVDF Membrane- Details
Ascend Membrane Wastewater Treatment Series products are made from modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) using an innovative VNIPS membrane fabrication process. These hollow fiber ultrafiltration (UF) membranes have an overall asymmetric structure with a pore size of 0.025 μm, featuring small surface pore size, high porosity, and uniform pore distribution.

- The membrane fibers are uniformly distributed across six equal-area fan-shaped regions, resulting in high packing density and high wastewater treatment efficiency
- Guide holes are set at the feed water end to direct the incoming water evenly into the filtration system, reducing the risk of clogging
- Unique encapsulation technology reduces membrane fiber breakage, extending the service life
